Community Haven provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, and long-term support services to help families find stability and rebuild their lives.
Our Mission
Housing instability touches every part of life — health, employment, education, family. Community Haven meets people where they are and walks with them toward lasting stability. We believe crisis is a moment, not a destiny.
Our continuum of care moves residents from emergency beds to transitional apartments to permanent housing — with wraparound services at every step.
96-bed facility open 365 days a year. Immediate safety, hot meals, and case management from night one.
18-month supported apartments where residents build savings, job skills, and housing history while stabilizing.
Résumé workshops, employer partnerships, and job coaching. 73% of program graduates secure employment within 60 days.
On-site childcare, school liaison support, parenting resources, and trauma-informed care for children of all ages.

Resident Stories
"When I arrived with my two kids and nothing else, the staff didn't make me feel like a burden — they made me feel like I mattered. Fourteen months later, we have our own apartment and I have a job I love."
"The employment coaching was the turning point. They didn't just help me find a job — they helped me understand my worth. I'm now a shift supervisor, and I volunteer here every Saturday."
"I was skeptical of programs like this. But Haven's case managers worked around my schedule and kept every promise they made. I'm proud to say my kids have only ever seen me fight for them."
